We are hiring a Part-time / Full-time Mental Health Practitioner to provide Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) to adults with mental health illnesses with possible co-occurring diagnoses to overcome barriers, develop coping skills, engage in community activities, and live independently.
The purpose of the Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) Mental Health Practitioner is to provide rehabilitative services to clients in-home and / or in the community with a mental illness, in the form of instruction, support, and skills training for the purpose of promoting basic living and social skills, community intervention, and transitioning to community living.

Qualifications :
Schedule / Location : Part-time / Full-time, Monday-Friday Business Hours. With this role you have the flexibility to set your schedule in coordination with client's. Mental Health Practitioner will provide in-home settling services.
