As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to help drive our growth by converting provided leads into booked moves.

Job Description:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with pre-qualified leads, understanding customer needs, and setting appointments.  This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial contact to booking.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and engage with provided residential homeowner leads to understand their moving needs.

• Educate potential customers on Safeway Moving Company’s services and benefits.

• Follow up on leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Set moving estimate appointments  based on customer requirements.

• Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and detailed information.

• Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and strategies.

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong ability to build rapport with potential clients.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.

• Experience in the moving or logistics industry is a bonus but not required.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
