Prepare and bake breads, pasties, cakes, pies, and cookies. Measure ingredients for making batters and icing, etc. Roll, mix, divide and cut dough for daily production. Fry doughnuts. Ice doughnuts. Proof dough. These are early morning shifts in order to have fresh bakery items for the day.
