What you will be doing

The Central Fill Functional Team Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day supervising, directing, training, coaching, and motivating a Functional Team in a Central Fulfillment Center setting, ensuring operational efficiency and productivity. The Team Lead, reporting to the Pharmacist in Charge, will work closely with the Group Supervisor to resolve technical and workflow issues at the functional stations assigned with a sense of purpose and urgency. The Team Lead should be a functional expert and continuously sharpen the skills of the Team Members to achieve site and company goals

The position will be based in Ridgefield, WA and the hours are 2:30pm to 11:00pm.

Main responsibilities

Provide leadership and supervision for all activities of the functional team members.

Hire, train, motivate, develop, evaluate, and directly supervise team members.

Become a subject matter expert for production line software/hardware, as well as each functional role.

Responsible for appropriate triaging of issues and escalations.

Responsible for working on the production line if needed.

Continuously develop process improvements for personnel management, production line efficiency, and overall workflow

Work well within a team environment with the Site Director, PIC, and other leaders at the site.

Ensures site compliance for all federal, state, and local regulations.

Ensure team member compliance with all company and site policies and procedures.

Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:

A minimum of 2 year of Central Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician experience.

Pharmacy Technician License in the CF home state.

A National Technician Certification

Preferred: supervisory experience in a pharmacy production line setting.

Experience in building, motivating, and maintaining an efficient Team.

Proficiency in MS Office.

  • The pay range is $24.00-$26.00 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
