SAFEWAZE – SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
We are seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our team that will support Safewaze overall growth strategy and development by maintaining goodwill between our organization and its customers. This role will support customers, both internal and external, by supporting the Sales team's efforts.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:
- Assist the Sales Support Manager with various tasks regarding our Territory Managers, Customer Service Team, Independent Field Representatives, and Safewaze Leadership.
- Generate sales and product reporting via Excel and Power BI.
- Facilitate product field trials and tracking feedback.
- General product communication and answering questions.
- Maintain confidentiality with customers, company, and program initiatives.
- Cross functional support with Canopy Brands various companies.
- Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help where necessary.
- Facilitate plant visits by staff and customers.
- Manage distribution lists of staff, customers, and various trade organizations.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years’ experience in an administrative support role or equivalent.; manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and track details in a dynamic environment.
- Highly ethical, positive cultural addition, self-motivated.

Pay: $52,500.00 per year
