Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. This position will provide support to customers that is consistent with Safex Core Values and provide our customers a sense of being “WOW’d.
Position Responsibilities
With little or no supervision, this position is expected to:
Training Cordination
- Review, send and track proposals in CRM/PSA software (Steve/BigTime)
- Process registrations for webinars and training
- Review course materials for grammar and consistent branding and appearance standards
- Prepare course materials in cost effective manner
- Issue Training Certificates to Customers
- Coordinate open enrollment training courses with instructors to include kick off meetings, preparing and producing student manuals and course take-ways, classroom set-up, hospitality and filing evaluations and submitting for billing
- Provide onsite/private information to Training/course lead to coordinate details.
- Facilitate virtual trainings and webinars with set-up, introductions, and coordination with presenters/speakers
- Coordinate with IT for training and webinar IT setups and needs
- Support training and projects to ensure consistent Safex brand, minimize expenses and maximize customer experience
- Create simple proposals when applicable
Project Facilitation
- Oversee client request and inquiry process
- Review, send and track proposals in CRM/PSA software
- Process project authorizations within Safex workflows
- Process registrations for service appointments (fit testing)
- Review documents for grammar and consistent look and submit to client
- Support training and projects to ensure consistent Safex brand, minimize expenses and maximize customer experience
- Create simple proposals when applicable
Internal Resource
- Be proficient in Safex’s software systems
- Increase efficiencies to support revenue growth and profit with limited administrative support
- Ensure project staff have knowledge, skills and information to properly complete proposal, project and training documents
- Support project staff to maximize available billable hours

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
