Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a keen understanding of beverage service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Engage with guests to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their beverage choices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage pairings, especially during catering events or banquets.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Experience in fine dining establishments preferred, with knowledge of upscale beverage service.
• Understanding of food safety practices relevant to the food industry.
• Ability to perform retail math calculations for accurate cash handling and inventory management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
