Position Summary :
The Infrastructure and Communication Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the organization’s IT infrastructure and communication systems. This role combines strategic planning, implementation, and management of network systems and infrastructure projects to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient operations. The manager and team will be dedicated to maintaining high availability of all services while optimizing performance and aligning with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Infrastructure Management :
Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure including servers, storage solutions, and virtualization technologies.
Oversee the design and maintenance of network communication systems, ensuring reliable connectivity and communication across the organization.
Lead, mentor, and develop the infrastructure and communication team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Develop and enforce security policies for infrastructure and communication systems, conducting regular risk assessments and audits.
Monitor system performance, network traffic, and communication efficiency, implementing improvements as needed to enhance performance and reliability.
Create and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans for both infrastructure and communication systems to ensure business continuity.
Prepare and manage budgets for infrastructure and communication projects, ensuring alignment with organizational financial objectives.
Maintain thorough documentation of infrastructure configurations, communication systems, policies, and procedures.
