Job Description
Are you ready to take on an international challenge and be part of a dynamic team? We are looking for a motivated VIE to play a key role in a new organization in USA. You will report to the Supply Chain Offload Gate2 Team Leader based in France. You will work jointly with the G2 Leader based in Cincinnati to monitor Offload shops ensuring that all the parts will be available on time for the engine re-assembly. The objective is to meet the agreed upon Gate 2 date decided at the beginning of the engine shop visit.
Job Description
- Identify, in support the Offload Partners, and monitor the Part Numbers at risk for completing the engine re-assembly on time throughout the shop visit.
- Ensure availability of parts at the Gate 2 date validated in collaboration with Procurement Leader, suppliers and other actors of the Supply Chain
- Monitor flow of parts and modules according to criticality level including the parts sub-contracted to Safran for repair.
- Ensure that allocations of risky or critical parts are compatible with the customer demand (Shop Visit Coordinator and Sales Administration).
- Ensure the availability of a solution of recompletion “original parts; transfer; spare parts” on time and compatible with customer needs
- Identify and manage the risks to complete engine shop visit before Gate 2 deadline
- Prepare and lead dedicate meetings to review the status of engine completeness (weekly / daily).
- Implement milestones (SV1 & SV2) as defined in the Gate 2 project and execute them afterwards.
- Participate in the existing shop visit reviews for gate-to-gate monitoring.
