What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant, Planner position at Safran Cabin?
Supports the Planning Department through Material Requirements Planning (MRP) by analyzing and releasing manufacturing work orders to production to meet schedule demands. Responsible for maintaining work orders within production departments delegated by Director, Supply Chain.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree in logistics or supply chain management, APICS certification or similar is a plus. Experience: 1 – 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or materials environment. Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS office applications, particularly spreadsheet management Other Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail, effective oral and written communications skills, ability to interact respectfully with peers and all levels of management. Inherent ability to understand and follow health and safety policies, procedures, requirements & regulations Level: Entry
