POSITION PROFILE:

Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for sales and contracts administration for all government related and service center customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process all government customer purchase orders in ERP system
  • Ensure that current policies on pricing, discounts and products are fully complied with in quotations, including Non-Standard process, GSA Contract requirements, etc.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding pricing, product & availability
  • Create delivery notes & invoicing for orders related to your customer base
  • Assist customers with information regarding their purchase orders with the company
  • Assist Contracts Director with all contracting modifications on customer orders under your control
  • Ensure that all requirements and governmental terms are met in delivering the product as specified per the contract
  • Manage on-line third-party customer Invoicing portals (Exostar, WAWF…)
  • Create/maintain monthly reports & metrics
  • Maintain records on customer orders, data entry, filing and other clerical duties
  • Comply with DSI policies, procedures and security requirements
  • Additional duties as assigned by Space Solutions management team

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role experience
  • Knowledge of government contracts and terms; ability to track requirements on orders and comply with FARS and DFARS
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to work in a self-directed environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and pruriency in the use of standard business software tools
  • Fluency in the English Language
  • Must be a US Citizen or hold US Protected Individual status

IDEALLY, YOU’LL ALSO HAVE:

  • Experience with wide area workflow (WAWF), Exostar and GSA advantage
  • Fluency in the French language

TRAVEL: <10%

Salary Range: $65,000 to $80,000
