In the role of Manufacturing Engineering Intern you'll play a pivotal part by working directly with Team Members and Leaders at all levels, supporting business initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness and business performance. This position contributes to our vision by :

Interfaces with manufacturing, leadership, and support teams to meet business unit goals

Supports standardization initiatives across business units

Assists in development of improvement initiatives and resolutions for problems related to department processes and processes

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks

Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture

Job Requirements

At Safran Electrical & Power, we seek service-oriented team players with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, adaptable to our innovative and evolving environment.

• Junior or Senior currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a four-year college or university or in a master's program with a preferred course of study in Engineering or related field.
• Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) - Advanced
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions and in support of group and company objectives; demonstrated ability to bring new solutions to complex issues. - Advanced
• Problem Solving, root cause analysis and corrective action - Basic
• Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills required. - Advanced
