- Responsible for reviewing SEDA units after preliminary test (electronic or mechanical) and Post Quote within the 145 Repair Shop to ensure compliance with FAA requirements and meet customer's requirements.
- In addition, to ensure the accuracy of the preliminary (Parts demand and Customer discrepancies).
- Identify the scope of work to ease the Customer support for quote and Master Scheduler for Standard time.
- He can also provide technical expertise to the rest of the organization and review documentation that needs to be reviewed by Operations.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: - Digital and analog Electronic skills - Mechanical and Electromechanical skills - Knowledge of production and repair tools and benches - Instrumentation and measuring skills - Knowledge of all Customer requirements as outlined in customers PO's - Knowledge of FAA regulations and understanding of Quality requirements - Compliance with Safety rules (PPE – Personal Prevention Equipment) - Compliance with Cleanliness rules - Compliance with procedures and standards – Knowledge of CMM requirements - Customer's requirements awareness - 5S - Lean and Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) Physical Requirements: - While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. -The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
