Job Summary:
The Program Pricing and Configuration Specialist II partners across departments to help set product pricing, communicate pricing initiatives with customers, and standardize formats. This role will interface with the field Sales Support and the Customer Fulfillment team to gain a wide understanding of customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained. The Program Pricing and Configuration Specialist II will be responsible for the continuous improvement and implementation of pricing procedures and processes. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure to challenging deadlines.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create program pricing for post-proposal updates
- Manage/review pricing during proposal process
- Work with the Sales team to update out-of-contract pricing to standard spare
- Add contractual pricing terms and timelines to database
- Manage the RSPL process from proposal to order
- Create pricing worksheets per Sales team request (twin aisle, multiple config/LOPA options, legacy customers)
- Work with the Product team regularly to ensure the Customer Fulfillment team is up to date on new product/new platform specifications
- Acquire a strong technical understanding of our products to have the ability to mentor junior team member and support the Sales team with technical questions
- Manage monthly sales reports and distribute to Management/Finance (Win/Loss, Open Bid Report, and Submitted Proposals)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
- Salesforce experience a plus

The starting pay range for this position is $69,600 - $78,300 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
