In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in cutting and sewing dress covers for aircraft seats for all non-production components. Will also cut and sew fabric, leather, e-leather / vinyl of various weight and different lamination thickness within specified tolerances for cut and sew process. 1.Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)
Main Function Responsibilities
A)Sets up and cuts patterns to close tolerances.
B)Sews fabric, leather, e-leather / vinyl of various weights and lamination thicknesses, operating lock stitch and serger machines.
C)Sets up and adjusts lock stitch and serger machines.
D)Maintains a high quality of workmanship and assumes responsibility for work performed in assigned duties.
E)Performs other duties as assigned.

General Work Conditions
Physical Demands : This position requires extended periods of sitting while working with computers and viewing computer monitors and other office equipment. Finger dexterity needed in using misc. office equipment such as telephone, computer and copy machine, etc. Bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to approximately twenty pounds are required during tasks related to the job.
Work environment : The work environment includes office setting with moderate office noise.
