The starting pay range for this position is $68,400 - $78,300 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Jira and Monday.com instances, including user management, workflow creation, and custom field configuration
- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve team efficiency
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide visibility into project status and team performance
- Collaborate with product teams to understand their needs and implement appropriate solutions
- Provide training and support to end users on project management tools and processes
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
- Regularly review and refine configurations and processes to ensure optimal system performance
- Implement feedback loops to drive iterative improvements in tool usage and integrations
- Manage system integrations and ensure data consistency across platforms
Required Qualifications
- 3 years experience administering Jira and/or Monday.com in an enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management practices
- Experience creating and maintaining automated workflows and business processes
- Proven track record of implementing reporting solutions and analytics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in JQL for custom reporting and dashboard creation
- Jira Administrator certification
- Experience working with integrated product teams or Agile development teams
- Experience with Jira automation rules and scripting
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integration capabilities
- Experience with additional project management or collaboration tools
