Job requirements
- Knowledge of Lean-Sigma tools, such as Value Stream Map, waste identification, Continuous Improvement Fundamentals, 5S 1, Just in time, KPIs, SMED, takt time, pull system, ANDON, Poka Yoke, TPM, FIFO, Kaizen, 7 Quality tools, statistical tools, FMEA, APQP, DOE
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD, iGrafx and Minitab
- Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations including rates, ratios, percentages, and yields, as well as statistical analysis
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to analyze processes and identify best practices, areas requiring improvement, and activities that do not add value

c) Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from a four-year college or university.
- One year of related experience desirable.

- Must be fluent in English with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals related to Lean Six Sigma
- Must be able to clearly and effectively present information to team members and management in English
