Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Implement and lead the data governance of supply chain business processes, guarantee its proper application and continuous improvement. Organize knowledge of data assets
Be the referent in charge of update the group process regarding data
Arbitrate within its scope or contribute to arbitrating on the rules at the interfaces of its process.
Set up and lead a data organization for supply chain professions
Contribute to building a governance system that allows the interoperability of quality data across all company processes
Define the scope of the key data of the process and the quality, performance and compliance issues on this scope
Map and organize knowledge of data assets
Guarantee the proper application of data governance and its continuous improvement
Compare the consistency of multi-company data repositories on businesses and processes
Establish a system to put the performance of the process under control through data governance
Arbitrate on data repositories in the event of divergence, to align with the group vision
- Provide methodological support and concrete solutions for improvement based on a problem-solving approach (local and transversal) in collaboration with your network
- Ensure consistency between multiplicities of supply chain data universes.
- Carry out an assessment of the data assets according to several criteria and monitor the indicators of excellence of this data
Lead or contribute to the Business Process Steering Committee (advancement of the progress plan by process, resolution of major interface problems) and ensure the overall consistency of processes
Be a stakeholder in data migration projects.
Guarantee the integrity of business processes and ensure the completeness, relevance, availability, and full employability of ERP data involved in convergence projects
Lead transformation and support change
Lead change, convince of the necessary developments to be implemented and guide choices on your process at group level
Align different hierarchical levels and / or several company stakeholders up to the company's management committee, to reach shared decisions
Discuss good practices, develop them and participate in the evolution of standards
Ensure the onboarding of stakeholders in a collaborative spirit
Guarantee the increase in skills of community stakeholders.
Support the definition and implementation of data management performance indicators.
Manage the progress and / or convergence plan with the various stakeholders.

Job Requirements
Required Competencies :
Understanding of all supply chain processes and their implication in the environment in ERP
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Office, SharePoint and SAP
Mastery of power BI
Experience in data management in an evolving context
Project management and cross-functional leadership skills
Knowledge of commodity groups, material classifications, and SAP Material Master Data.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
