Job Description
The HSE Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive safety and health programs to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. This role will work closely with management and staff to identify, evaluate, and control workplace hazards, and promote a culture of safety and health awareness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify and assess potential hazards.
- Implement corrective actions for identified hazards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Train employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all safety training and inspections.
- Prepare and submit required regulatory reports.
- Conduct emergency response drills.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance with all applicable regulations.
