Join our Quality Assurance team at Safran Passenger Innovations, where you will support the quality team with data analysis, tracking reports, and preparing metrics. You'll assist with meetings, action tracking, and administrative tasks while gaining valuable experience in quality management and cross-functional collaboration.

The compensation for this position will be $24.00 for Juniors & $25.00 for Seniors.

Join our Quality Assurance team at Safran Passenger Innovations, where you will support the quality team with data analysis, tracking reports, and preparing metrics. You'll assist with meetings, action tracking, and administrative tasks while gaining valuable experience in quality management and cross-functional collaboration.
How you will make an impact:
- Gain exposure and assist with Quality Assurance data analysis & spreadsheet management
- Quality process administration:
- Data entry and tracking of Corrective Actions, Nonconforming Reports & New Product Return ticketing systems
- Data analysis support (Support creation of monthly metrics)
- Administrative support:
- Scheduling meetings/lunches
- Following up on actions from other departments
- Draft meeting minutes to support action tracking (Creating and managing Meeting Minutes)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Completed 2 years of undergraduate coursework
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance principles and processes (e.g., corrective actions, nonconforming reports)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills for managing data, schedules, and action items
- Attention to detail for data entry and tracking tasks
- Basic analytical skills for supporting data analysis and metric creation
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
