The starting pay range for this position is $84,800 - $101,700 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

Job Summary:
The Technical Business Analyst II works with cross-functional teams in identifying business needs, conducting comprehensive data analysis, and developing innovative solutions for RAVE In-flight Entertainment (IFE) products and services.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define and document complex business requirements
- Perform critical thinking and analytical problem solving supported by data analysis to support decision-making
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment between technical and non -technical team members
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and manage the creation of user stories for development teams with discipline
- Collaborate with product, engineering and quality assurance, ensuring solutions meet business standards and user expectations
- Manage the implementation of solutions, integration and successful delivery
Core Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of business analysis principles and technical specifications
- Proficiency in MS Office and Jira management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Team-oriented work style
- 3-6 years experience in business analysis or related technical Engineering field
- Leads team assignments independently
- Drives collaboration and definition review sessions
- Manages stakeholder relationships
- Makes critical decisions leading to successful outcomes
- Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience in technical requirement analysis
