Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid Remote Available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a team supervisor, developing strong relationships with clients, families, and staff.
• Supervise and provide hands-on training to behavior technicians, ensuring the effective implementation of programs.
• Oversee and manage the treatment planning process for individualized clinical programs, while analyzing progress.
• Facilitate parent training sessions, teaching ABA principles and building positive relationships.
• Conduct ongoing assessment of client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Behavior Specialist License (LBS) (Required).
• Willingness to relocate to Philadelphia, PA before starting.
• Ability to work in-person with some remote flexibility.

Schedule:

• Day shift or night shift availability.
• Monday to Friday schedule, with flexibility based on caseload.
