Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Supervise and coach Behavior Technicians on clinical matters.
- Participate in company training and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with a dedicated operations team to streamline client intake and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Active Behavior Specialist License (LBS) in PA.
- Optional: BCBA certification from the Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience in conducting assessments and supervising therapists.
