Job Description:
Our client is seeking dedicated Behavior Consultant/Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) to provide behavior support services to children and adults in the Philadelphia area. Join a supportive and flexible small ABA agency that values both staff and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Treatment Plans
- Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland)
- Provide parent training
- Maintain an average caseload of 10 clients
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required
- PA Behavior Specialist License required
- 1 year of ABA experience supervised by a BCBA OR 12 credits of college ABA coursework (in addition to their license)
