BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Job Description:
Client assignments will be in the Norristown or Delaware county, PA
Designs and oversees behavior analysis programs for individuals with autism or other behavioral disorders. Conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and trains staff to implement interventions. Monitors progress and adjusts plans to ensure effective outcomes. Provides support and supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).
Position Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in school, clinical, developmental, or counseling psychology, special education, social work, speech therapy, occupational therapy, professional counseling, behavioral analysis, nursing, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed in the State of Pennsylvania
- At least 1 year of experience in functional behavior assessments for individuals under 21, including developing and implementing behavioral supports or treatment plans
