Job Title : Client Care Representative
Responsibilities : Employee Files :
Employee Files :
- Audit and update employee files weekly.
- Manage documentation in HHAExchange (HHAX) and CareConnect.
- Handle criminal background checks.
- Onboarding / Orientation of caregivers to ensure all forms are completed such as I-9
Client Authorization :
- Monitor and renew client authorizations.
- Communicate with clients and service coordinators to manage authorizations.
- Prepare weekly reports for management.
Scheduling Assistance :
- Help identify caregivers for client services and manage scheduling issues.
Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) :
- Manage daily EVV tasks, including missed clock-ins and client verification.
- Provide missed punch forms and resolve issues with caregivers and clients.
Administrative Duties :
- Answer calls and manage mail.
- Maintain office supplies and perform other duties as needed.
Requirements :
- 2 years of experience in using HHA Exchange.
- Experience as an office administrator or assistant.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of office management and basic accounting.
- Proficient in MS Office and office software.
- Home care or customer service experience highly preferred.
- High school diploma required; some college is a plus.
