Job Description :
Our client is seeking dedicated Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) to provide behavior support services to children and adults in the Philadelphia area. Join a supportive and flexible small ABA agency that values both staff and families.
Schedule : Monday to Friday
On-the-road work in Northeast Philadelphia, PA
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for individuals, primarily under the age of 21, to determine target behaviors and underlying causes.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to the specific needs of clients.
Provide direct support to clients and oversee the implementation of treatment plans by Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).
Train and supervise BHTs to ensure fidelity in implementing interventions and to maintain high standards of care.
Regularly review client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide feedback to the team to ensure effective outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, assessments, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to care.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
Stay current with research and best practices in behavior analysis and related fields to provide the highest quality services.
Qualifications :
Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required
PA Behavior Specialist License required
1 year of ABA experience supervised by a BCBA OR 12 credits of college ABA coursework (in addition to their license)
