Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for optimizing campaigns and driving results? We're looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to build lead funnels, refine strategies, and maximize ROI using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you'll develop ideal client profiles, execute targeted campaigns, and track performance through dashboards you create.
What You'll Do:
- Launch and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid ads)
- Build dashboards to analyze campaign performance and refine strategies
- Develop ideal client profiles, conduct competitive analysis, and optimize customer journeys
- Create engaging marketing content and manage a rolling content calendar
- Track ROI, automate workflows, and improve marketing tools
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for seamless execution
- Maintain and update CRM databases and dashboards
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in a marketing role
- Experience with digital marketing, including email, social media, and paid advertising
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Excel
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in home care or healthcare marketing
- Experience working with consumers, the elderly, and their families
- Familiarity with web-based home health database software
