We are seeking skilled, compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for our client, an established and growing Senior Care provider in Harrisburg, PA. The RN will provide home-based and facility-based care. This is a full time 8 week contract opportunity!
This opportunity allows for autonomy and the ability to work a caseload at your own pace :
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY - DAYLIGHT HOURS
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT
8-WEEK, RENEWABLE CONTRACTS
NO ON-CALL & NO WEEKENDS!!
Job Summary :
Provide direct and indirect primary nursing care to assigned participants in both clinic and home-based environments.
Works under the direct and indirect supervision of the Program Director or physician extender but is independent in the application of advanced nursing knowledge and skills.
Manages complex clinical situations for which he / she is responsible.
Supervises both licensed and non-licensed personnel.
Performs assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.
Understand and demonstrate commitment to the company's mission of through daily communication with participants, families, community and staff.
Build a trusting relationship with each participant / family / caregiver, by being available, listening, communicating and educating via every available forum such as day center, home visits, phone calls, scheduled and unscheduled clinic appointments etc.
Requirements :
Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
