Job Summary :

This role will start with direct patient visits and clinical oversight, with a gradual transition into a more administrative and leadership position as the agency continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Clinical Oversight : Lead and manage the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care, adherence to agency policies, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Patient Visits : Perform home visits, including initial assessments, care planning, and ongoing evaluations of patients' conditions.
