Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve sales objectives and growth targets
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and decision-makers
- Serve as the primary contact for key oncology accounts, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of client concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to deliver customized solutions
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategy
- Prepare and deliver performance reports, sales forecasts, and presentations to leadership
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of oncology therapies, breast cancer, market dynamics, and regulatory environments
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years sales, or business development within oncology or the pharmaceutical industry. Minimum of 2 years of specific Key Accounts experience specific to breast cancer is ideal
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of oncology treatments and industry trends
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Other: Willingness to travel as required
