This involves utilizing our exclusive ultrasensitive technologies to measure circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in minimally invasive liquid biopsies, such as a straightforward blood sample.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routing laboratory work per standard operating procedures
- Update Standard Operating Procedures as necessary
- Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis on non-conformances
- Evaluate and implement process improvements
- Obtain 12 continuing education hours in the field of oncology or molecular biology
Must have:
One of the following educational requirements:
- MS in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, chemical, physical or biological science and 1-year pertinent clinical laboratory experience in molecular biology
- BS in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, chemical, physical or biological science and 1-4 years of pertinent clinical lab experience in molecular biology
Additional requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with others to plan and carry out scientific programs
- Self-driven and works well in an interdisciplinary team with minimal direction
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Experience with robotics and automated liquid handling systems
Highly desirable:
- Experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS)
- Knowledge of dPCR
- Significant nucleic acid purification and other molecular biology skills
- Work in a CLIA/CAP high-complexity laboratory
- Experience maintaining accurate, detailed, and timely lab records
- Knowledge of LIMS platforms and various computer systems
