Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be responsible for managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest relations.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and a welcoming attitude.
- Manage the seating chart to optimize table turnover while ensuring guest comfort.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed.
- Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods and communicate wait times effectively to guests.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist in managing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, particularly in food service or restaurant environments.
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are essential for effective guest interactions.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest relations and enhancing the overall dining experience.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
