Bottling Operator - Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible performing any and all tasks associated with bottling our products including (but not limited to) moving pallets of bottles and finished goods, unstacking cases and bottles from pallets and loading onto line; operating bottle rinser, bottle filler, corking/capping equipment, labeler or hand labeling, packing cases, stacking finished cases onto pallets, wrapping pallets, and any other tasks assigned by management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Operating the bottling line in a safe and efficient manner, while achieving the quality expectations of the company.
· Detect defective material and equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot problems with support from the management team
· Adjust bottling equipment to achieve optimal performance metrics while meeting safety standards.
· Visually inspect all materials throughout all stages of operations to ensure all finished products are bottled and packaged according to the highest quality standards and specifications.
· Document all details of operations in accordance with SOPs and Work Instructions.
· Support line changeovers as needed between different products.
· Perform housekeeping and sanitation duties as assigned.
· Comply with all EH&S policies and training.
· Support Processing operations as needed to supply bottling line with product to be packaged.
· Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS
· Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including but not limited to Efficiency, Right First Time (RFT), productivity, etc. are met or exceeded per departmental targets.

CRITICAL EXPERIENCES FOR SUCCESS
Minimum Education:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum Experience:
· 1-2 years of manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Necessary Skills:
· Must exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Must demonstrate dependability and timeliness.
· Must be self-motivated, proactive, and solution driven.
· Must possess strong problem solving & trouble-shooting skills and demonstrate use of Lean tools and techniques.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
· Work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
· Can lift and carry 40 lbs. and perform repetitive work tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 per hour
