As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional service while facilitating sales presentations and guiding them through the enrollment process. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for customers on behalf of our clients, from the initial interaction to the final enrollment. You'll support our sales team by presenting product information, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting with paperwork and follow-up tasks to secure their commitment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service recommendations
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and value to customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our offerings meet customer needs.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience.
- Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
