- Identify cost trends to support management in cost reduction and process improvement efforts.
- Attend job site walkthroughs and pre-bid meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide detailed reports on project progress and status.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to solicit quotes for proposals.
- Review data to determine cost factors and prepare estimates used for management purposes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications to the level required for the position applied.
- Proficient in Quick Pen Estimating Software and Office 365.
- Familiarity with HVAC piping and NFPA codes.
