We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Route Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a designated route to deliver products, maintain customer relationships, and maximize sales opportunities. Responsibilities
- Drive along assigned routes to bring in orders from the customers in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service.
- Upsell additional products and services during customer visits to maximize sales potential.
- Perform heavy lifting of products as required during deliveries.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by tracking product levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Utilize math skills to manage cash transactions and provide accurate change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their needs and preferences.
- Adhere to all safety regulations while driving and handling products.
- Salary: Base Salary Commission & Bonuses.

What you bring to this role:
- 2 years' proven success in Business-to-Business or related sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency using PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
- Competitive approach to both individual and team performance
Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver's license and 2 years' continuous satisfactory driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Previous experience in route driving or commercial driving is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of successful upselling.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as part of the job requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- A background in the military is a plus but not required.
