Senior UI Angular Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Angular Developer for a 12-month contract with our client in Malvern, PA. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of front-end development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Angular 12 . Candidates with prior experience at Vanguard are strongly preferred, as familiarity with their technology stack, processes, and coding standards will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain modern UI components and applications using Angular 12 .
Collaborate closely with backend teams, UX designers, and product owners to create seamless, user-friendly experiences.
Ensure adherence to best practices in UI development, with a focus on performance, scalability, and accessibility (including WCAG compliance).
Troubleshoot complex UI issues, implement performance optimizations, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Follow Vanguard coding standards (if applicable) and participate in code reviews.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to UI architecture decisions.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills:
10 years of experience in front-end development.
Expertise in Angular 8 , with preference for Angular 12 or later.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS.
Experience integrating UI with RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications:
Ex-Vanguard candidates strongly preferred.
Experience with UI testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, Cypress.
Familiarity with state management libraries such as NgRx.
Background in financial services or similarly regulated industries.
