Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 10 years of experience in automation testing with hands-on expertise in Selenium, ReadyAPI, and Rest Assured.
* Strong TypeScript and Groovy scripting skills for test automation.
* Experience in writing, designing, and optimizing test cases for functional, regression, and API testing.
* Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles, managing client expectations and interactions.
* Expertise in onshore-offshore coordination, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
* Strong knowledge of API testing, web automation, and performance testing.
* Hands-on experience in manual testing, when needed, to ensure sprint commitments are met.
* Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with teams and stakeholders.
