Job Description :
We are seeking a Business Analyst with IT Technical Writing experience to support systems documentation, technical writing, and user training.
Responsibilities :
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, integration guides, and product specifications.
Translate developer documentation into business-friendly content.
Analyze and document business system processes.
Collaborate with engineers and developers to ensure technical accuracy.
Develop large-scale training materials, including training plans and job aids.
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
10 years of experience in technical documentation and system documentation
6 years of experience in business system analysis and translating client requirements
Expertise in MS Office or Google Docs
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
Local to Virginia with a valid DL (driver's license) required
Salary : $50 - $60
