Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with EPA, TCEQ, RCRA, and TSCA regulations and reporting requirements.
- Oversee hazardous waste management, stormwater, wastewater, and air quality compliance.
- Maintain environmental permits and facilitate regulatory inspections and audits.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address compliance issues.
- Manage contracts and vendors related to environmental and facility maintenance programs.
- Lead a team in executing environmental and safety initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental compliance and hazardous waste management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory permitting, compliance audits, and corrective action implementation.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
