Job Overview:
We are seeking a GitLab Solution Architect to lead the implementation and deployment of GitLab as a new platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GitLab setup, CI/CD pipelines, security, and DevOps integrations with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and Terraform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and optimize GitLab (self-hosted & cloud) environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, security policies, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Integrate GitLab with DevOps tools (Jira, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.).
- Ensure security compliance (SAST, DAST, container scanning).
- Provide training and drive GitLab adoption across teams.
- Monitor and optimize GitLab performance, scalability, and disaster recovery.
Qualifications:
- 5 years in DevOps, IT infrastructure, or software development with GitLab expertise.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, SCM, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Strong understanding of GitLab security features & best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
Preferred:
- GitLab Certified Associate, CKA, or AWS DevOps certifications.
- Experience deploying GitLab in enterprise environments.
