Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee performance management systems
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Handle employee relations, including resolving issues and managing disciplinary actions
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- UKG software experience
- Knowledge of HR systems such as Paylocity, Paychex, Dayforce, etc.
- Familiarity with FMLA, workers' compensation, and other relevant laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
