Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Sourcing Consultant to support complex procurement activities. The consultant will lead the drafting of solicitation documents, define requirements, evaluate bids, and support contract negotiation and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft clear and concise requirements and solicitation documents
- Evaluate bids, conduct reference checks, and review terms and conditions
- Draft bid tabs, contract documents, and ensure compliance with VPPA/APSPM
- Collaborate with stakeholders to solve procurement-related business needs
- Lead sourcing strategies and manage customer expectations
Qualifications:
- 3 years in IT procurement or sourcing
- Strong knowledge of VPPA/APSPM guidelines
- Experience with eVA (Virginia’s e-procurement system) – highly desired
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $54.00 per hour
