Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Production Operators whose primary responsibility is producing high quality products
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Maintain proper staffing levels by coordinating with temp staffing agencies
- Lead daily production performance meetings ∙Drive efficiency improvements
- Train permanent and temporary employees in safety, quality, and basic equipment operation
- Perform verification checks of quality paperwork
Experience
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting, a plus.
- 1-3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- 1-3 years’ experience with ERP systems
- High School diploma required.
- Must have good listening and interpersonal communications skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
