WORK SCHEDULE : Typically 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Monday – Friday); additional overtime as needed or required; additional off-shift work as needed or required; additional weekend work as needed or required
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

SUMMARY - The Supply Chain Leader for the Sharon Plant is responsible for analyzing internal and external customer releases / forecasts and providing Weaving with a schedule / forecast to satisfy its customer’s requirements based upon capacity restraints. This includes daily collaboration as needed with internal / external customers & suppliers to resolve any issues in order to ensure optimal performance. Some critical metrics will be schedule execution (compliance to pull / plan), inventory control (acceptable levels of inventory dollars), supermarket market compliance (finished goods & raw material), etc.
OBJECTIVE - The Supply Chain Leader is charged with ethically and safely maintaining and improving the areas of responsibility to meet Sharon Plant’s safety, quality, environmental, cost and production goals in support of the corporate objective to be the preferred automotive interior supplier.
