- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food supplies to minimize waste and control costs.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during meal periods.
- Assist in banquet preparation and execution as needed.
Skills
