Job description
Pediatric PACU RN
Start Date : Within 3-4 weeks of submission
Shift : 3x12 Three 12 hour shifts with variable start times; Mon-Fri with varying day off; no weekends, no holidays.
4x10. Variable 10-hour shifts (start times between 6am and 11am). Four 10 hour shifts varying start times Mon-Fri with varying day off; no weekends, no holidays.
- Experience Required : Must have 2-3 years of Peds Post anesthesia care and Pre Testing experiences;
Certifications Required : BLS, PALS
Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend
On-Call : No
Floating : No
Pending License : Accepted (proof required; date applied must be provided)
RTO Restrictions : Maximum 1 week; missed shifts must be made up
Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week
Special Requirements and Responsibilities : Level 1 Trauma experience; skills in Procedural Sedation Administration, Care of Ventilated Patients, Conscious Sedation
Missed Shifts : Must be made up at the end of the contract
Facility Highlights : Magnet, Teaching, Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
Total Staffed Beds : 323 (70 Neonatal ICU)
