Role Overview:
As the Infrastructure/DevOps Engineering Lead at Sage Care Inc., you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This hands-on leadership role will see you collaborating closely with our development teams to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of applications, emphasizing automation, performance, and security. You will have a direct impact on shaping our technology stack and infrastructure practices, and your contributions will be key to our success. We are seeking a professional with deep expertise in DevOps and MLOps, containerization systems like Docker and Kubernetes (GKE), and cloud infrastructure management on GCP.
Responsibilities
- Architect, set up, and maintain our infrastructure and development environments.
- Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and secure application integration and deployment.
- Oversee on-call management, troubleshooting, and system administration tasks.
- Implement best practices for automation, GitOps, and monitoring.
- Enhance network security and performance through effective management of protocols, VPNs, VPCs, load balancing, and more.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in infrastructure setup, system administration, and DevOps.
- Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools, automation, GitOps practices, and monitoring solutions.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, VPN, VPC, load balancing, and security protocols.
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, Java, and Bazel.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Work Model and Location
- Location: Palo Alto, CA
- Work Model: Hybrid role with three days in-office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and two days remote.
