We are actively looking for Full-Time Case Managers to provide a variety of services to support SAGE clients, including maintaining contact with clients through video and/or phone, providing community resources, and supporting their treatment and growth.
Case Managers work in a hybrid function of remotely from home and in SAGE offices; equipment needed to provide services are issued by SAGE.

Qualifications:
- Required: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field
- Required: Minimum 2 years of direct work experience working or volunteering in a helping profession
- Reliable transportation required
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
